WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Sugar

Starter

Water

Olive oil

Salt

Flour

1. MIX THE DOUGH

2. STRETCH AND FOLD

3. BULK FERMENT

4. SHAPE & PROOF

Whisk wet ingredients, stir in dry ingredients.

Four rounds over at least an hour.

Set aside to rise overnight.

Roll out the dough & rise another 1.5 hours.

5. BAKE

Top & bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.

AND RISE

About 1.5 hours in a warm place.
