MORNING GLORY MUFFINS WITH ORANGE, NUTS, RAISINS, AND SPICES

1. PREHEAT THE OVEN

2. MIX DRY INGREDIENTS

3. MIX WET INGREDIENTS

4. ADD RAISINS

Prep a muffin tin & rehydrate the raisins.

Whisk together then stir in the fruit & veg.

Whisk the discard with everything else.

Stir until just mixed, then add raisins & bake.

5. BAKE

Bake about 20 minutes, cool, & serve.

MIX THE BATTER

BAKE

20-22 minutes at 375F (190C)

COOL

& SERVE

Freeze up to three months.
